Verity Farm Maremma Sheepdog Questionnaire:

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire. We look forward to getting to know you more and seeing if a Maremma Sheepdog is a good fit for your home/farm.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am being completely honest and am answering every question to the best of my ability.

We (Verity Farm) will review this questionnaire and get back to you soon. We have a non-refundable $500 deposit. This tells us that we can be confident that you are committed to this agreement between us. This can be paid once you decide you would like to move forward with a puppy from Verity Farm. This $500 will go towards your total puppy cost of $2700.

The purchase price for a Verity Farm Maremma Sheepdog includes the following:

• Vet Check: Before our puppies leave our home you will obtain a clean bill of health!

  • You will take home distemper and parvo nosodes (of which you can choose to continue until one year of age, or you can vaccinate...it's your choice).

• Microchipped

• Non-breeding (limited) pedigree from the Maremma Sheepdog Club of America

  • We are always here if you have questions :)

• All of our puppies can go to their new homes at 10 weeks.

• We use an extensive Puppy Culture method, doing Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), as well as the Empowered Breeder Program with our training.

• All of our puppies are fed a raw food diet.

• Our puppies are trained with chickens, guineas, turkeys, and sheep. They will be around children of all ages as well as cats and bunnies.

• Our goal is to instill a lifelong teachable spirit in each puppy. We want to produce the healthiest, most balanced, faithful, and trustworthy partners for you; that has good judgement! We work very hard to match each family with the puppy that will be best suited for them. We are continually with our puppies, testing, teaching, and working with them, in order to evaluate all of the factors we can think of, to produce quality puppies for you, your family, and your farm, so you can have peace of mind.
